Our USA headquarters collaborates with our South and Central American regional offices and mines to produce millions of metric tons per month of the world's highest quality Iron Ore products.
Through enhanced blending and beneficiation, we support iron grades and reduce impurities. This helps lower mining cut-off grades and optimize ore bodies with sustainably lower strip ratios
Mining Process
Iron ore is a mineral aggregate containing iron elements or iron compounds and can be used economically. The iron ore processing and production process refer to the production process in which the mined iron ore must be processed and produced by various operations to obtain concentrates that meet the smelting requirements. This mainly includes ore crushed by crusher and vibrating screen screening, ball mill grinding and classifier classification; mineral separation, such as gravity separation, flotation and electric separation, etc.; mineral dehydration, including concentration, filtration, drying, etc other production process. Iron ore processing and production equipment includes feeder, crusher, ball mill, classifier, vibrating screen, shaking table, magnetic separator, mixing drum, flotation machine and other equipment.
